This architecturally inspired building is only a year or so old and is set right between Albert Park Lake and the botanical gardens precinct. It is the premier location for any visit to Melbourne: the trams along St Kilda road will drop you in the city within 5 minutes and also the funky and vibrant restaurants and cafes of St Kilda are only a few tram stops or a short walk away.

The space includes 2 bedrooms, open plan kitchen with a wonderful entertainers balcony with views to Albert Park lake and Port Phillip bay and beyond.

Each bedroom contains 1 comfortable bed (queen in main and double in second) with an additional sofa in the living room to accommodate that extra guest or family member if required.

If you are visiting Melbourne by car, the apartment has a secure undercover car space accessible 24 hours a day.

Access

Guests will have full access to the apartment as well as the well equipped gymnasium and parking.

Interaction

In some cases we are able to meet guests at the property to exchange keys. However, we have some options (secure lock box, cafe option etc) which are much more convenient for guests that allow them to turn up at a time of their choosing after 2pm - we might use one of these methods instead.

Neighborhood

The best part of the area is that it is so central. Whether you are visiting the Melbourne Grand Prix, the city, the MCG, St Kilda or even Chapel St Prahran, everything is literally only moments away with the most connected public transport in the city.

Transit

Tram is usually the most convenient and user friendly way to get to your destination or you can walk to most places from here as well. There are trams every 5 minutes out the front of the apartment building offering access to the city and all other areas with ease.

Thank you

Our reason for staying in Melb was medical. Complet Host apartments were within easy reach of the medical centre we attended. The apartment provided an excellent option for an after stay that allowed quiet recovery space following treatment. We were provided with disability parking that made life much more comfortable. Hopefully, next time when we stay, it is for recreational reasons, and we get to explore the area.
