  1. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. PAUL IS WAY OVER HIS HEAD AND NOT WILLING TO ADMIT IT

    I am going to be very transparent but knowing Paul he will remove this review immediately to protect himself. I am an Airbnb SuperHost. I have 5-star reviews from both my guests and from other homeowners all over the world. Paul provided less than stellar service. His apartment that he told he owns was dirty and the outdoor area absolutely revolting and unuseable. He told me he had not been there in months.The washer was broken which he replaced one day before departure. The rest of the apartment was clean and comfortable and it is centrally located. The check-in experience was horrible. We were forced to search for a lockbox on a busy street where a dozen rusty bikes were parked to find our key. We had only one key for two males who had very different times to compete and very different social lives so it was extremely frustrating to have to juggle each other schedule to ensure someone was home to let the other in. I share all my concerns with Paul when he was finally contacted by his staff and he was apologetic but did not like being criticized. I could go one; suffice it to say that because I challenged Paul on several service issues he provided me with one first very negative review. His immature way of getting back at me. Fortunately, I have another 6 stellar reviews from homeowners so frankly I am not concerned about this manchild's vindictive review, but I will not have my reputation slandered by a man who is so inadequate in his role as a company owner. What company that has 100 properties would have you seek out an access key in the pouring rain on a busy street at dusk because he does not have a proper office. Everything about this company is so pathetic it is amazing. On my previous visit to Melbourne in 2019, I stayed immediately next door in another highrise apartment. The experience was 5 star and the company had an office with pleasant individual just down the street. GO ELSEWHERE
