Why stay with complete host?
We aim to provide a more personal experience for your Melbourne stay creating the sense of having a home away from home. From providing fully equipped kitchen facilities, the most comfortable beds, complimentary WIFI, free on-site parking and unique special touches you’ll never stay in a hotel again!!
What should l expect from my stay in Melbourne?
The properties we offer for your stay are owned by locals and hence are located in residential buildings in various hot spots around Melbourne. We are not a hotel nor do we try to be like one. We have a very personal approach and are available for your needs throughout your stay. We provide a detailed list of instructions on how to use all things in the apartment and of our favourite local cafes, restaurants, bars and more.
What does complete host provide for my stay?
We provide everything that you will need for your stay. Our properties come fully equipped with a TV, WIFI, fully furnished and very stylish décor, all linen, towels, dishwashers and luxurious toiletries sufficient for short stays of up to 4-5 days.
Where are your properties located?
All our properties are located within a 6km radius of the city. We have selected the hottest properties in Melbourne CBD, South Yarra, St Kilda, Richmond and St Kilda Rd precinct, all very accessible by public transport.
How do l check in?
Depending on the time of your check in, we will either meet you at the property or leave a key in a close and convenient location. All late check ins will be provided with detailed instructions on a key pick up point so that you can easily access the property at all hours of the day. Check ins are after 2pm unless otherwise organised with Complete Host.
How do l check out?
Checking out is simple. We ask that you simply leave the key in the apartment prior to your departure and we will come and collect it shortly afterwards. The check out time is 10am unless otherwise organised with Complete Host.
Is car parking included and how much does it cost?
Parking is available at the majority of our property locations but ensure you read the property description very carefully or ask us prior to booking. We do not charge additionally for this, it is included within the booking fee. However, if the property does not come included with the apartment, we may be able to rent a space in the building for you – however, you must request this so we can find out if this option is available.
Do you have WIFI?
WIFI is provided in all our properties and there is no additional charge for this.
Do you have a minimum nightly stay?
Yes we have a requirement that you stay a minimum of 2 nights. We have no restriction on the maximum number of nights you can stay.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes, we love guests that stay with us for longer periods and as such are happy to offer a discount for these longer periods. For stays of more than 14 days, please contact us through the contact us page letting us know of the dates you wish to stay and we will work out the most suitable price. The discount will vary depending on the time of year, length of stay and individual property.
What can you do if the dates l want to book are not all available?
In cases that there are not all dates available, contact us through our contact us page and our reservations team may be able to find another suitable solution for you. This may mean dividing your stay between more than one property or simply directing you toward a property that has full availability.
What is your cancelation policy?
We have a strict cancellation policy which means that 30% of the booking will be lost if the cancellation occurs outside 14 days. The full amount will be lost if the booking is cancelled within 14 days of your arrival date.
Is smoking allowed in your properties?
Smoking is not permitted in any of our apartments. You may smoke on the balcony with the door closed, we simply ask that the butts are correctly disposed of. If we discover that smoking has occurred inside an apartment we will be forced to withhold your deposit to put towards deodorising carpets, furniture etc.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed in our properties.
